Engine access did come up in my conversation with the Captain. There is a split deck design option similar to the B31 that allows one side or the other to be opened independently. At least one of the other boats has gone with that option. This is Gavio's boat and it's optioned out the way he wanted ...

Forgot, I downloaded their ghost tracker software a week or so ago.
It's in nassau/paradise island at I think hurricane hole marina. Going to head down there later today or tomorrow.

I would also try to keep any real weight (fuel, water, batteries, generator, etc) as low in the boat and close to the centre line as possible.
Higher & further outside is going to increase the pitch and roll factor.

The higher you go, the less stable the ride.
Raising the height of hardtop + adding a flybridge would have a diminishing safety factor at speed too.
Does/did the boat you're considering not have the center line drop down in the cockpit area under the hardtop?

As per the original construction, mine are thru bolted on top (to the deck cap), and lagged into a molded in notch of the cockpit floor liner.

Spencer, The original bulkhead on my B25 sport convertible was 1/2" ply w/formica on both sides. Because it's a relatively minor structural point I used 1/2 " ply coated with West System epoxy on both sides and a finish coat of high gloss white. I liken tabs to power windows/locks in your vehicle. You don't need them, but they sure do enhance the ride. Personally, I wouldn't be without either. I have instatrim by boat levelor on both my B25's and they've been flawless. They have a model specific to the B25 transom bump out. Good luck, John
