How do I refinish badly pitted window frames

There is no loss of power

There is no sheen to the exhaust and we are not losing oil

My 31 is running Yanmar diesels. The starboard
engine's exhaust water is very dark, more so when accelerating. The port engine exhaust water is perfectly clear.
Any idea what the cause is and/or how to fix it

we recently had to hawl our 31 to clean the amazing growth of barnacles
from every square inch of underwater metal. Would appreciate any ideas
regarding anti fouling treatment to shafts, rudders, props etc. so we can avoid the problem in the future.

When our 31 Bert was hauled recently, the port prop was found to be severely damaged by electrolysis. The starboard prop was fine. The props are 2 years old and are 4 blade nibral.
