Progress on the platform continues. A smaller scaled version of the platform was built to ensure the design and spacing was proportionally correct. Carl - the delamination was not on the strakes, but the actual hull itself, just forward of the engines. The strakes are in fact hollow and were a mess, lots of drilling to drain the water/gunk inside them and then grinding and patching to make them water tight again. The bottom is all done and it's...

Progress update, the shop found a 6 foot long stretch of the hull almost directly beneath the helm that was delaminated, it was all cut out and reglassed rather than trying to fill it with epoxy. All the other blisters were filled and faired, then hit with west system, followed by 4 coats of barrier...

That depends on the name. Are you printing the lettering yourself? In my opinion you're better off having a decal guy do it for you, they will typically come measure and photograph the transom and then send virtual mock-ups with different fonts, etc and typically come and install.
