Kevin,

We have the same situation here. They are tearing up perfectly good sidewalks and benches along the waterfront by me only to be replaced with new sidewalks and benches. Project cost is $2million, but they don't have enough money to fully staff the firehouses in the neighborhood, or put enough books in the schools. Go figure??
