Ethanol has been in NY few quite afew years, but only the last two all season. Before that it was a Winter Blend.

Long story short, pops was having a problem with his Hatteras, which we now know was a tank problem just before he switched over to Diesel. He flushed out the tank and has not had a problem. Ethanol is not in diesel from what I hear and even if it does find its way in I think it will be classified an alternative fuel.

I'd flush the tank and leave it.
