I sent an email to this tank manufacturer mentioning our problem regarding ethanol gas. Below is his response.

Thanks for your enquiry to Foxxaero Marine Technologies regarding marine fuel tanks. I have built many fiberglass tanks for yachts up to 500 gal capacity. All fiberglass fuel tanks must now be fabricated with a vinylester liner, which is resistant to current fuel additives (ethanol & others). Generally speaking custom fiberglass fuel tanks that I fabricate cost in the range of 10$ (Canadian) per gallon. IE a 100 gal tank runs about $1000 (Cdn). I'm not sure what the current exchange rate is between the Cdn & US dollar, but the US $ is generally worth more so the price would be less in US funds. Price is based upon FOB our shop in Victoria BC Canada. There is not a Cdn tax on items for export, but I'm not sure whether there would be border duties due upon importing to the US. If this seems to fit your budgetary requirements please send the dimensions required for an exact price.
