I can't help with the tank but looks like it will be a while till ethanol hits Florida. Gov. Bush is pushing for 2 ethanol plants to be built in the next 4 years that will proccess citrus and sugar cane to ethanol. Sunoco is on of the biggest gas station on the water over here on the east coast and they are saying that they are still researching ethanol as a viable additve to replace MTBE.
