Okay, before I jump and order a new tank all this has me backing off a bit. My boat is 1976, is this a known bad tank year? Second, my new 496's are fuel injected so does anyone think that will be a problem?

Another thing, my boat yard says I can have my tank flushed. There are about 75 gallons of what will be 3 year old gas. I plan on having it pumped out and flushed (if I keep the tank). Can't I control the fuel with additives like you're talking about?

I've got to contact Crusader and find out about the additives. Input anyone?
