Fuel Cells for boats *LINK*

I haven't had any time to look into this, but thought the approach might have some merit in light of the ethanol issue's we are faced with.

Race cars need puncture resistant fuel tanks, so they line fuel tanks with some type of polymeric material.

Not sure if it is ethanol resistant or how much it cost.

I'm definetly not going to have time to consider a change in the next couple months but if anyone else is interested in this approach, this link might be a good place to start.

Removing the top (aluminum or FB) and installing one of these bladders into your existing fuel tank might be a viable solution to the ethanol issue.

Insead of baffles they fill the tank with foam which allegedly only uses up about 2.5% of the volume.
