Another Ethanol Twist

Spoke with a friend of mine who's in the buisness of leasing municiple vehicals to towns and state including Police and Fire Dept.. It appears Ethanol has been around in MA. for while. Out of hundreds and hundreds of cars he's replacing some times up to 50 fuel pumps a month. All with the same MO. black goo inside.
He also went on to say they use ethanol to cut gas in the winter and little or no in the summer in the Northeast, and in the winter when the temperature spikes to 60 or so they have seen problems again with fuel pumps.
