My ethanol plan for 06

Uhh, that clears it up. If what we're seeing is deposits on the valve stems, etc., that screws things up, it would seem that some enterprising company would come up with an additive to take care of the deposits.
Will Techron help? How 'bout that additive from Starbrite? I've never used starbrite but some of the posts on this board make it sound liike it may help, or Techron.
I think my plan for this summer, if Maryland gets ethanol as is rumored, is to do the following:
1. Have the tank professionally cleaned by one of those companies that come to your boat--at least then I know that I've got a clean tank and any problems aren't from existing stuff/crud in the tank.
2. Run a gas additive--either Starbrite or techron--with my fuel.
3. Check the plugs often to look for whatever I'm supposed to look for (Randall, what do I look for?)
--Does this sound like a plan? Any comments?
