From everything I've read, it's not a matter of making special fuel for marine use. The ethanol is so corrosive & so hydroscopic that it cannot be blended ahead of time & then sent through the normal pipelines. It must be blended at the point of loading onto the tank truck. For delivery to marinas the best thing would be to just NOT add in the ethanol.
