After checking through the article on the link, I found another link and tried to make a phone call to EPA for further clarification. After several avenues of approach I came up with the same result each time. Tried the number which leads to a full voicemail box, they say to stay on the line for further assistance. Tried again, full voicemail box, press #2 to get redirected, pressed #0 for operator......both times I was automatically informed that someone would be with me shortly and in both instances was cut off after about 15 seconds. There is also a mailing address and I guess I'll try that approach next, but I expect similar results.

The link also has some other information. After reading through several links, I am getting the bad feeling that this ethanol situation really isn't over. Hope I am wrong...time will tell.
