Hadn't seen any definitive geographic distribution information (located in SE VA) so decided to ask Shell - the supposed supplier at my marina - response :

In what states are Shell and Motiva selling ethanol-blended products?Shell and
Motiva are selling ethanol-blended products in 23 states including AK, AZ, CA,
CO, CT, IL, IA, IN, KS, KY, MN, MO, NB, NM, NV, NY, OH, OR, SD, TX, UT, WA and
WI.We anticipate all stations that sell ethanol-blended products will have
decals by October 1, 2004.

I assume the decal date is fat fingered. Maybe I can last thru the fall and have next winter's project in the pipe. Regards, Alan.
