Tank Advice Please

Ah, the joys of old boats....now compounded by the ethanol situation.

Looks like my next-door B28 slipmate(Bill G.-Quota II)and I are gonna take the plunge and replace our gas tanks. Both B28's with 165 gal tanks....1973 and 1976. Hipshot estimate for tank and install from our marina manager to Bill was $3-4k. Said it would be epoxy(?) coated heavy gauge aluminum.

We intend to do a little more shopping before pulling the trigger. Also...don't know what we don't know. So....would appreciate any advice anybody can provide on the fabrication specs, fittings and installation. Does anybody happen to know the dimensions of that tank or how we can get them? Also wondering about adding more capacity....suggestions/comments/cautions? Any comments on that cost range?
