My 2 cents.... we are, as a group, educated, motivated and tend to have more discretionary income. We, as a group, can be a "special interest."I work at a large company down here in FL and most of the VP's/Exec's have nice yachts sitting down at the local Yacht Club. While this problem is cropping up in our fiberglass tanks, who's to say it's not going to start eating away at other parts? I am pretty good friends with these guys and have alerted them.
The more of us who tell 2 friends who tell 2 friends and so on.... maybe we could get some legislation to carve out "Marine Fuel" as a special class. Boats are not the major problem or reason for ethanol.... it's the cars. If states like CA can require 12 different blends based on where the fuel is being sold... why not a special blend of "Marine Fuel".
