ethanol revisited

Received an e-mail from Chuck Fort (boat us) on the results thus far on the ethanol effect,soon to be in Seaworthy.Basically it looks to them as i'm sure most of has thought the ethanol is causing tank weakening and black goo is from the fiberglass.Plan "B" anyone?.Does anybody know if the ethanol is just a winter blend or is it here to stay?.
