I have a 1975 B26 with twin Yamaha 250's on an Armstrong bracket. I'm out of So. Norwalk Connecticut where I get my fuel.
Last summer one of my engines simply died. The fuel pumps in the engine all failed.
4 yrs ago, when the inboards were pulled, a 60 gal. aluminum tank was added for more fuel capacity (thank goodness).
This past weekend I took a clear hose and syphoned the last approx. 6 gal of fuel out of the fiberglass tank. You cannot believe the thick crud that came out. The hose is black/brown.
I can't/will not use this fiberglass tank again.

60 gal is not much capacity for my two gas hogs.
