layup schedule for a gas tank *PIC*

With all the talk about methanol I was wondering how difficult it would be to produce a new fiberglass tank that wouldn't be eaten up by the new fuel mixes.

I have a B25 with twin 46 gallon tanks and it wouldn't be rediculous to pull a mold of the outside of the existing tanks.

The question is, what would you use to mold the new product?
