I think I have to agree with Charlie about the years of varnish being disolved by the alcohol. The local mechanic that I use for my car told me he is having issues with injectors in cars clogging with a tar like substance and thats in NJ. He said every once in a while the stations get a load of ethanol even though it really isn't for widespread distribution in NJ. I would wait before replacing a perfectly good fuel tank. Tony Meola
