Update from BoatUS on Ethanol

I asked Chuck from BoatUS if anything new was found and this is his responce-

" Nothing new to report Carl. We are awaiting tests on laminate samples, but it will be awhile.

In speaking with chemists, I’m told ethyl alcohol is less aggressive than methyl alcohol.

Lee Dana, one of Bertram’s former engineers told me that Bertram advised its dealers as early as the 70’s that the use of alcohol fuels could cause cause problems."
