john...the filters tell you nothing...mine looked new........if the plugs are black and glossy pull a carb and see if the underside and intake are glossy black........a word to the wise....10 hours ago my engines were clean...it happens fast...lack of ability to turn up over 3000 RPMs on my starboard engine was the tip off....my port engine while running fine is also aflicted.....boat has almost never sat for more than 4 days......randall
