The factory 57 (Moppie) that they ran this year was a custom "bass tracker" metallic grey/blue. The majority of the boats up here use "ice blue" with some type of whitish grey topside color(either matterhorn white or off-white revisited) to compliment the blue.
I have ordered the Awl-Grip ice blue for the hull and offwhite revisited (D8009 available in quarts only) for the top decks on our 31.
The sky blue looks OK but it is really blue when you do the whole hull. The 630 that Bertram ran a few years ago with the full tower was as close to an ice blue hull as it gets (not sure if the boat was painted or gel coated).
In the end its your call slightly blue or really blue. Good luck.
